What We Go Through…
There are moments in life when no one can fully understand what we are carrying, no matter how gently they try to step into our shoes. They may listen with kindness and say, “I understand where you’re coming from,” and sometimes they truly mean it. Yet deep inside, we know that no one can live our life exactly as we do. No one can completely feel our culture, our faith, our history, our daily battles, or the storms that move through our hearts.
Still, there is beauty in those who try. There is grace in people who use their kindness, their education, and their own experiences to see the world through another person’s eyes. We are all shaped differently by colour, religion, spirituality, love, pain, affection, grief, and hope. We pray differently, heal differently, and grow at different speeds. Every soul carries its own language, its own scars, and its own light.
What happens to us each day can change us in ways others may never see. Even when someone witnesses our struggle, only we truly know how deeply it touches us, how it settles inside our mind, and how it echoes in the places of our spirit. That is why sharing our experiences is so powerful. It opens a door. It allows someone else to understand a little more, judge a little less, and become wiser through the truth we have lived.
Life teaches us through tenderness and through pain. Sometimes we begin with a beautiful heart, full of love, kindness, and hope, and then someone hurts us. Some people allow that hurt to harden them, and I understand why. But we always have a choice. We can let pain make us bitter, or we can let it make us deeper, softer, and more aware.
What we go through belongs to us, and only we can fully understand its meaning. But when we share what we have learned, we give others a chance to grow. We turn our wounds into wisdom, our experience into education, and our story into a light that may help someone else find their way.
