• Diversity and Inclusion and the impact it has on society, especially in Asia & China, and how the topic is still new to them, especially with LGBTQ, but companies wanting to talk about it. 

• Ivy moving from Hong Kong and being in the Diversity and Inclusion and why

• Seeing things from her own perspective 

• Working for one of the largest LGBTQ organizations in China at the time and promoting LGBTQ.

• She was going  through her emotional changes and how this changed her as a person to understand who she was. {Asking herself the question, do I want to do something I don't like}

• Always trying and never having the regret of not trying

• There is nothing wrong with asking questions, as this help educate people and can even help people to understand who you are and open up more.
