Sound is Emotion

Sound is Emotion - liberation in an anthem of triumph.

In our everyday conversations, we may not realise that we are actually giving consent to who we listen to and, more importantly, why we listen to them. A simple conversation between two or more individuals is not just an exchange of words; it has a deeper impact.

Subconsciously, we absorb the information and opinions shared, storing them away to be revisited later. These stored thoughts and ideas have the power to influence our beliefs and actions.

It is essential to be aware of this process and the potential effects it can have on us. By consciously choosing who we listen to, we can shape our perspectives and ensure that the information we absorb aligns with our values and goals.

But here's the thing: I was always told that you give permission to what you allow to affect you in your life.

It's a powerful statement that has resonated with me throughout my journey. I've learned that I have the power to choose what opinions I let seep into my consciousness and shape my self-worth.

I have the authority to determine how much weight I give to the judgments of others based on my appearance, background, or social standing. It hasn't always been easy, as these influential aspects of our identity are often subjected to relentless scrutiny by those who feel threatened or insecure. However, I have come to realise that I am the gatekeeper of my own emotions and perceptions.

I have the ability to embrace or reject external influences, and I choose to let only the ones that nourish and empower me shape my path forward.

Words have an inherent power that transcends mere letters strung together. They possess the ability to stand alone, emitting sounds that resonate deeply within us. It is through the act of saying and creating these words that we harness their potency. These words have the remarkable ability to evoke emotions, forging connections that hold immense significance. They have the power to uplift, inspire, and heal, but on the flip side, they can also wound and scar.

Each time someone forms an opinion about us or our actions, they do so based on the sounds our words make and the way we communicate them. It is in these moments that the impact of words becomes most evident, for they are intimately tied to our identity -- our appearance, background, and social standing. Unfortunately, society often subjects these powerful elements to criticism, as those threatened by them seek to test their validity.

Yet, in the face of such scrutiny, it is crucial to remember that the power of words lies not only in their vocal expression but also in the emotions they elicit, making them invaluable tools in our journey of self-discovery and connection with others.

The power of success is an intriguing concept, presenting us with a choice between two distinct paths: to sit and dictate or to stand and act. Both have their benefits and drawbacks, but the path we choose reveals our true nature.

Sitting and dictating may initially seem appealing, as it allows us to exercise control and influence from a position of comfort and convenience. However, it can breed complacency and detachment, distancing us from the real world and the struggles of others.

On the other hand, standing and acting requires courage and conviction. It demands that we actively engage with challenges, take risks, and make a difference. While it may be daunting, it also grants us the opportunity to reach new heights of personal growth and impact the lives of those around us positively.

Ultimately, our choice demonstrates who we are as individuals – whether we are content to wield power from afar or if we are willing to roll up our sleeves and actively work towards making a difference in the world.

The mind is indeed the ruler of our senses, governing and shaping our perception of the world. But it is the breath that holds the ultimate power over the mind, guiding it towards clarity and peace. Just as a king or queen governs their realm, the breath reigns over our thoughts and emotions, providing a pathway to tranquillity. And in the realm of creation, sound stands as the force that gives birth to all existence. It is through music, the harmonious arrangement of sound, that the voice of the cosmic oneness resonates. Thus, music becomes our conduit to attaining the pinnacle of healing, offering a direct connection to the final state of unity and wholeness.

In a world where kindness often feels scarce, it is essential that we continue to be kind to one another. Acts of kindness have the power to uplift, heal, and unite. Whether it's a smile, a helping hand, or a compassionate ear, these simple gestures can make a tremendous difference in someone's day or even their life.

Together, let's continue to be kind to one another and keep saving the planet Earth, Savia Rocks 🙌✨
