The thin line between the corporate and creative world.

We work for organisations, but do you know the culture?

Are we allowed to express our business mind as well as our creative mind in order to connect with the community and structure, within the organisation to cater to the client to achieve the desired goal, satisfying the client’s needs?

The corporate world, can feel very structured, sometimes, even to a point where you are structuring yourself, and your emotional being, to fulfil the potential of a target or an agenda, within a timeframe for completion, for the sake of a potential goal that can energise and levitate your status.

Now we are all structured differently, and there are people in the world who love the pressure of having a target, an assignment or a duty to feel that pressure to succeed, because a business is about offering a service that is a solution, to your clients problems.

Now the creative world, can come across completely, and ambiguously different, compared to the corporate world. A lot of creative people in the world, base their emotional intelligence and creativity structure, upon their feelings and how they interact these feelings into the craft of what they desire and love, but also have the belief to know that we can do what we, love and make an incredible contribution and income from it.

Now here is where, the thin line comes into play, why is it that creative, free spirited people are judged more intensely, by banks and creditors, compared to people who work in the corporate field, when both sectors can make just as much financial profit or reward as each other, with an added bonus for creative people, with the additional fame and popularity.

But both sectors can have completely different concepts of actually being creative in each of their fields. As well as the corporate sector actually loving the perspective of being creative themselves.

So, the question, I asked you to walk away with and think about is: Are you too creative for the corporate world or to corporate for the creative world? Or can they both be implemented or integrated into each other, for growth and prosperity.
