Your well-being is your reflection in the mirror, Of the countless challenges you have sustained within your life. Your well-being is yourself worth now understanding that you come first.

We constantly discreetly cover up the trauma that we have sacrificed, within ourselves through the torment of others’ insecurities.

A bully someone who is intimidated of a person’s strength, yet seeks to intimidate you, because of the lack of strength. Bullies tend to think, that they bully someone who is weaker, yet they misunderstand they are bullying someone who is actually stronger. Just because we do not retaliate back, does not mean that we are weak.

We appear vulnerable, yet Possess kindness, power, uniqueness, fearlessness and respect, that a bully will not we able to redeem from anybody’s heart.

People who bully you are insecure, about who they are that’s why they bully you, when you considered the deepness of why bullies, are bullies, they’re actually trying to tell you that they are desperate to be loved and accepted in the world but unable to find it, So they go out of their own way to make people feel unaccepted so they do not feel alone in the world, of the unworthy emotions that they possess of negativity.

I know this can be extremely hard for what I’m about to say, but forgiveness is key, so be that one person who is genuine and good-hearted, because if we do not forgive them we slowly become like them, without even realising.

Ignorance of bullies is an uncomfortable wearing of a mask, that they feel politically give them the right to justify their actions.

There are people in the world who will tease you, mock you, because they see the shining formidable, compelling and influential importance of who you are.

Stand as strong as you can, for your well-being is a guide to strength, your light is your smile and your truth is your heart. {Karma is the truth of who we treat not just ourselves but other people} .
