In this episode of the Us People Podcast. I have the pleasure of speaking to Ray (Ray Woolford) Barron - Woolford - CEO at Kath Duncan Equality & Civil Rights Network.

I was humbled to talk to Ray (Ray Woolford) Barron - Woolford about his extremely complicated upbringing with his mother as well as finding out the truth of how his mother got pregnant with him, how his grandmother brought him up, how this impacted his life, being a gay man and how he was caught up in a situation with another man. How his journey begins within Equality & Civil Rights, what he thinks are the failures of civil right movements and how they can be improved, we talk about his book "Food Bank Britain" overcoming obstacles because of the passion of what you do and giving advice to anyone who would like to follow in his footsteps.
