Can We Fix The Beautiful…
So often, we find ourselves questioning our own beauty, focusing on the tiniest imperfections that others might never notice. In moments of reflection, we discover our truths not just in the mirror, but deep within our hearts. True beauty reveals itself in our purity of intention, the quiet strength with which we respond to life’s challenges, and the grace we show both to ourselves and to others. A calm demeanor can transform the outcome of any situation, often in ways that surprise us and those around us.
Many live expecting the worst, so that any joy feels like a pleasant shock. I choose instead to hope for the best, believing that even when things don’t go as planned, there is always something beautiful to learn and cherish in the experience.
But what is beauty, really? Is it sculpting ourselves to fit the ideals set by fleeting trends or media narratives? Or is it a deeper, more authentic quality that radiates from within? The world tries to tell us what beauty is, but those definitions are often rooted in insecurity and manipulation. True beauty can’t be dictated by someone else’s standards it is far more personal and meaningful. I believe beauty is often invisible to those who don’t look with open hearts; it’s seen and felt by those who are willing to receive it, to understand it, and to embrace it. Every person, every thing, holds its own unique beauty, unless it chooses to display otherwise. Just because your body doesn’t mirror someone else’s shape doesn’t mean you are any less beautiful.
Fitness and self-care are wonderful, but they should serve your health and happiness not someone else’s vision.
There is no timeline for healing, nor a single path to feeling whole. The journey to self-acceptance is deeply personal, and the most important voice guiding you should be your own. Changes whether physical, mental, or emotional are beautiful when they come from a place of self-love and a desire to grow, not from external pressure or judgment.
Let go of the unrealistic ideals and the opinions of others that weigh you down. Remember, beauty is always in the eye of the beholder, and the first beholder must be you. Why would we ever want to “FIX” the beautiful, when the very essence of beauty lies in our shared imperfections? It is these differences, these marks of our unique journeys, that make each of us so breathtakingly, authentically beautiful.
