We Start With Nothing…
Have you ever wondered how life gives you a chance? How many people in the world start with nothing not a penny, but grafting daily? Yet I see a vision of where their passion and purpose lie. Sometimes, not being given anything in your life means you have to work hard for it, which enables you to have gratitude, understanding, and humility. All of these things are powerful tools shaping you into the person you are.
I’ve noticed that loads of people who have been given things money, power on a plate, rarely show the same gratitude as someone who grafts, or who builds success for themselves, regardless of money, whether as an entrepreneur, a financial strategist, a brand builder, or someone laying the foundations for their family. Life can be completely different this way. I’m not saying everybody is the same, because there are people who are handed things and remain grateful, but, in my experience, those who persevere tend to plan, nurture their talent, and maintain a distinct perspective on life and the way things are done and built.
Have you ever watched how many of our parents started with nothing, enduring poverty, to become the people they are today to make your life better? All of us start from a different place, but some of us ultimately truly start with NOTHING. Yet when we end up with something, it’s something beautiful because we make it that way choice, so far, or not, we want the things in our life to be special, unique, and to carry a sincere legacy with them, depending on how we build our brand, our business, and our success with ourselves.
I always say: success gives you character, but it’s up to you which character you desire and want to show to the world. A lot of people chase power and success because they’ve been bullied or doubted throughout life. People will always have opinions on what they believe you should receive, but the ultimate decision really comes from you and your mindset. So when you succeed, you choose the character you want to be and show your true character.
