Why We Lie…
Lies are soft filters we place over a world that already trembles with imperfect truths. The reasons we lie are many: fear of judgment, desire to protect a tender ego, the ache to preserve a fragile relationship, or the urge to present a version of ourselves that feels more palatable to others.
